Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging including tags and labels attached.
- Items that are personalized, customized, or intimate (such as undergarments) are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Initiation of Return:
- If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- To request a return authorization, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, item arrived damaged).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s). We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
- If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
